Mutual Masturbation/Cumming
« on: September 20, 2019, 04:33:36 pm »
I’ve been seeing a guy for few months. We recently started kissing and engaging in touching/stroking each other naked. We’ve both done oral on each other without ejaculation.

We haven’t discussed each other statuses as we haven’t gone further than this. We are both unknown with our statuses since we haven’t talked about it. It’s been a few years since I had a HIV test so I know I need to do it for my own peace of mind. And I know I need to ask him since we do want to have a sex at some point.

My concern is two weeks ago, we were performing mutual masturbation and he was jacking me off, I ejaculated on myself and I’m sure he had my cum on his hand and his body for a period of time before he went to the bathroom. This is the only time I have ejaculated with him. He recently told me a few days ago he felt sick with flu like symptoms and he never gets sick like that. Would want we did put either of us at risk for HIV exposure? I.e. I came on his hand and body and now he says he has flu like symptoms. I know HIV doesn’t live outside the body and read other posts on here with similar concerns/risks with mutual masturbation and ejaculation. We’ve also done frottage and I’m sure there has been precum exchange. I also know testing is the only definitive way to know. I’m worried about any risk/exposure for either of us with that incident

You've answered your own question.

Mutual masturbation and/or frottage does not pose an HIV risk, regardless of whether ejaculation has occurred.  The HIV is fragile and does not survive in the ambient environment in a viable manner to cause infection.

You are not at risk of HIV-infection from the incidents(s) you have described.

If your friend is ill, he should see a healthcare provider for proper evaluation, but his illness, if he is ill, is not HIV-related as a result of his actions (as described in your post) with you.
