I was kind if bummed about my last cd4(down from 800 to 580) the vl wasn't ready but doc said he could pretty much guarantee it would be below 5,000(?).  So I was really happy to hear it was down to 3,400 (no meds yet)!  I know some now say vl doesn't have much bearing on progression, hearing it made me feel a whole to better, especially since today was a "red face" day.  Got my flu shot and first ever pneumonia shot to boot.

Over the last 8 months my face has red flushing spells that seem to be getting worse.  Right now it looks like I've been skiing with goggles on, red nose and cheeks, normal skin colour around the eyes, blotchy elsewhere.  Very attractive :-[
