Hi everyone,
here is my strory.
Day 0: Unprotected received fellatio and protect vaginal sex with an escort from Eastern Europ. Mutual masturbation and vaginal secretion probably in contact with my penis from hands of the escort then she put a condom on my penis. I also did nipple sucking with some salive that was on my penis.
Day 1: frequent urination lasing for 2 months and burning tip of the penis for 2 days
Day 4: intermittent discomfort in the left testicular lasting for 8 weeks as well as discomfort in the upper legs area.
Day 10: a rash, probably a Maculopapular rash, itchy rash lasting for 6 days. I had like flat red spots on torso and some pimples on arms, elbows, legs, on these last areas it was rather pimples with some fuild inside. (I had gone to the beach the same day and I started to feel itchy while in the water. I had taken also the day before 1,5 mg of Zithromax)
11 week: White tongue (neither fungi or bacterial infection) with a fever of 37,2 Celsius lasting for a week. (I had gone to the dentist on the 8th week for a root canal treatment and was on Dalacin C 300 for 8 days)
White tongue persisting until now as well as a loss of appetite and weight loss.
As at today, I still have a white tongue, loss of appetite and I am losing hair, even from my eyebrows hair since the last 3 days.
I am extremly stressed. Please give me your input.

You never had an exposure in any of the situations you've provided.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

So do you think that this rash I have developped is not related to an HIV rash? Just a question can such rash come without any other symptoms?
it just the symptoms that I have been feeling that are worrying me :s

Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV, you've never had an exposure.

The thing is , we do not discuss symptoms because symptoms are not specific to HIV .
Stop and think about it ... would you really trust us if claimed we could diagnose anything over a computer .
If you are felling unwell , go see your doctor .

One last question please, if I do an MEIA HIV 1&2 test at 3 months, will it detect an HIV infections if it is caused by one of the rarer groups. I do not understand why it is written in several websites that some tests will not detect HIV if infected with one of the rare groups. If this is the case which tests should be done? a Western Blot or PCR?
