dear all, what do u think? is there any kind of food can help to increase the cd4..? my freind told me the honey is good, is it right?

Hi Zaid, just eat a healthy well balance diet. There are plenty of supplements that people claim increase CD4s but none of them have been scientifically proven in clinical trials.

Look at it this way -- we're thirty years into the AIDS epidemic. If there was some magic food and/or supplement to cause an obvious increase in cd4 counts there would be some sort of agreement on what to do.  There's not.  You're more likely to get a rise in cd4 count by getting regular good 8 hours of sleep than you are to eat this or that.

As far as "healthy well balanced diet" you should have been doing that before you were diagnosed. Same with weight issues, exercise, etc.
