The best thing I have found to avoid the "morning sickness" is to take your meds with some kind of protein at night right before bed....it seemed to help me over a period of time, and depending on what I eat with them depends on my level of sickness the next morning....most of the time I don't have it anymore, but if I don't eat some kind of protein, like peanut butter, or a turkey sandwich I will be as sick as dog.....hope this will help you too...good luck.... :)
