HELLO.

I feel the need to complain about the wart on my finger I have been battling for a couple years.  The doctor and I have been working fighting it.  NOW I HAVE TWO NEW BABY ONES.

I hate them.

URGH!

I have those extremely itchy little bumps on the fingers when I go to a humid place (I mean weather, not what you think, pervs).. It's horrible. I never heard about warts on the fingers?? Are they big? Can you like freeze them or how do you get rid of them?

Milker.

I had the same problem up to a few months a go.  I had a few on my hand and one on my middle finger ever since I was a child.  Over the counter remedies did nothing permanently and freezing took too long.

I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed Aldara cream which is typically prescribed for anal warts.  Within a few week they were gone and have yet to return.

Itchy weather bumps?   ???

I dunno it's like a normal wart, like I got as a kid.  The best thing is freezing them.  I guess you can get them on your feet (plantar) as well.

You could do an image search in google, however they always have the WORST cases for pictures (Ew! the warts on a deer is a vile picture).

It's caused by a virus (human papilloma virus- HPV), which explains why I have them (weakened immune system).

You can get different varieties for the mouth, skin, rectal or genital regions if you are bored and feel like growing your own viruses!

Milker...I get those hot weather bumps. Haven't had them in a loooooooooong time, but damn are they annoying. Got them a lot when I worked outdoors more. My brother and sister get them, too.

ndrew...you are so right about the Googled medical pics being OTT!!! Looking at the warts series, especially genital warts, there are some shots that make you feel so bad for the owner of genitalia. You just say Ouch, Ouch, Ouch when you're looking at them.

I checked the pics, so they're way bigger than what i get. Is it something reoccuring always at the same time? Is it weather related or not at all?

Yeah they're so fucking itchy I end up with a bloody finger all the time. I live in southern california so it's not happening but I went to France and it was pretty humid and bham I got them back, it's horrible!

ndrew, they're coming back even though you freeze them? Every year?

Me, too. When I was in grade school, I had one on my knee. Doc burned it off and it never returned.
