Whats your point in posting this link.....is it that you want to loose weight and want to know if this Dr B is a reputable doctor? 
Frankly, since you are in Canada I dont know what organization you go to to check up on doctors but you might start by entering his name into fraud and hoax searches to see if he shows up. Next, I would evaluate the cost of his program....can you afford it?  If not, there you are. Simple solution.....its not for you.
Next I would talk to my doctor about this.

I was just wondering if anybody has been on this diet. I hear it's pretty brutal but it works!
And its expensive. But I have gained alot on these friggin pills...so I was just wondering if a poz person while being poz has tried it.

It's a very restrictive diet, that is aided by Vit B shots...not sure it's the best thing with your meds, but your own Doc should be able to tell you.  He has a number of clinics here in Calgary.  From what I know, I'm not convinced that anyone, let alone someone with a compromised immune system, should be on it...
