Everyone now, is watching this new Covid variant. ( Omicron variant ) Today it caused the stock market to drop 906.00 points, and travel restrictions will be in place from 8 or 9 countries.

https://www.cnn.com/world/live-news/new-covid-variant-south-africa-11-26-21/index.html

"Earlier today, the Biden administration announced it will restrict travel from South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique and Malawi, starting Monday. The administration stressed it was acting on advice from Dr. Anthony Fauci and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, after the World Health Organization labeled the newly discovered strain as a "variant of concern."

:)

Yup, just another regular day here. Hope you had a good time though.

Sounds like you are having a really nice day and I'm impressed with the 30 laps. Doubt I would be able to do 10 laps.

LOL,..  ;D Well,.. We are certainly not Michael Phelps, or Mark Spitz, but we try.  ;D Our pool is 55 feet in length, so if we do 30 laps at 55 feet per lap, that's 1,650 feet. So we try to accomplish that in 17-20 minutes. and we do a combination of strokes, to break it up a little. Ed counts the laps, I count the minutes.

This is our daily routine, and if we can't swim, then we walk a mile that day. The other morning is was fairly cold outside when the pool opens at 8:00 It was 58 degrees. But the water is great, it's heated to about 84 Degrees, but it was a fast run after the laps, from the pool to the Jacuzzi. We really didn't want to get out of the Jacuzzi. :)

From the November 24, 2021, edition of (online) POZ magazine, lede:

People living with HIV generally respond well to COVID-19 vaccines, according to recent studies. Do I Have HIV? / Re: First time sex

I can’t stop thinking about it. Because I clearly remember I had vaginal fluid on my hand and touched my glan penis.

That's zero HIV risk.

HIV is fragile and sexually only acquired inside the confines of the human body as in never being exposed outside the body. Next to this, your concerns lacks all the other conditions needed and hence it makes sense that there has never been a documented case the way you fear and you will not be the world's first.

So you had no HIV exposure from this activity and, I am unwilling to pretend what you posted would be a risk as it would be a disservice to you and the community.

Regarding intercourse, that has been answered already as well.

The only reason to continue testing outside of routine would be either mental health concerns that ideally should be addressed differently than just the merry-go-round of pointless testing or there was an exposure you have not shared.

Hello, thank you for your reply

I can’t stop thinking about it. Because I clearly remember I had vaginal fluid on my hand and touched my glan penis. It’s difficult not to think about it over and over again.

Visited a clinic locally, they mentioned it’s low risk and asked to get tested. Took rapid hiv test, came out negative, this is post 60days exposure. They asked me to repeat after one month.
