As above.  I see there is an issue with PMs on these forums. I'm wondering if there's any way to ask a question in private, preferably to the relevant forum's moderator, or if it must be done publicly.

You can PM any member once you post three times on the Forum by clicking on the member's "profile" whom you want to reach and then the PM tab.

However, if you have a general question that may help anyone who reads an answer, you may wish to consider that option in order that others may share in the question and response.  This approach is more favorably recommended, so that everyone can learn from the exchange of information.

I agree and intend to do just that, after checking with a moderator. All is well.
