AMG 2013 (Chicago) Booking Instructions

Must mention group name "AMG".

Room rate - $135 sgl/dbl plus 16.4% room tax.

A valid credit card or one night's deposit is required.

Cancel 72 hour prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Reservations must be made prior to July 9, 2013 to receive rate. However, I request that all reservations be made prior to June 8th, 2013 since this will allow me to return a percentage of unbooked rooms back to the hotel.



edited by Ann to correct the date Dennis needs to have people book by (August 8th corrected to JUNE 8th), so as to avoid misunderstandings

Dennis,

I assume you did not mean August 8 as a booking deadline...you will need to edit his with the correct date.  Looking forward to going.  Will this need to be booked by phone or can it be done online?

Need to be booked by phone directly with the hotel.  Correct date is June 8th.

took a little while, but got a room reserved.  they advised credit card guarantee with 24 hour cancel policy.  look forward to it. im booked thurs leaving sunday

Just made my reservations.  They were still advising that there is a $5.95 per day charge for internet.  It won't hurt to check with group sales to make sure they have noted the waiver in our contract.
