Pepto Bismol facemask - does it really work?

Well guys and gals, this may sound really weird but I've been doing some research on cheap, home remedies to treat facial warts as I am suffering from a really really bad problem of facial warts, they run from the bottom of my neck right up and onto my face. I've asked my doctor about them and they had freezed a couple of the larger ones off but there is so many no that they are affecting my mental health and all the doctor keeps saying is that they will go in time once I get my CD4 up.

So anyways, the reason for this post is I've been reading up on the web and it keeps coming up with using Pepto Bismol as a face mask - something to do with the salicylic acid in it eats away at the warts. My question is has anyone ever tried this? 

Also does anyone have any other home remedies that might work??

   I've never heard of Pepto Bismol used to remove warts.  I guess if your finding this info on the web it may have worked for someone...  or it could be like the time one of my ex girlfriends thought Vicks Vapor Rub would get me extra excited.  Her and I both, mainly I, were both shocked that it did not feel the same as it did on the chest area.

  I've heard of using apple cider vinegar  to remove them, however I have never heard it mentioned for use on the face.  As far as I could tell it is a painful method also and not really a guaranteed solution.  I had an issue with warts right before I went on meds and my Cd4's were low, and then a second time when I switched meds and my Cd4's dropped.

   Both times they went away once my Cd4's got above 300.  Hopefully someone can chime in with some better advice.

I doubt the salicyclic acid content in Pepto-Bismol would be strong enough to shift warts. Removing warts from your face is really the province of a doctor. Perhaps a dermatologist can help?

You could ask about tri-chloroacetic acid (TCA) treatment, which is often used to treat genital warts here in the Land of the Long Weekend. Don't try and source the stuff yourself, however. It's heavy duty shit. Strictly the bailiwick of a medical type and  not to be used on spec by mortals.

Here in switzerland the doctors will treat warts scientifically - but i swear to god they all have a list of witchy people - healers - you call them and they remove the wart magically. They do burns, migraines, etc, and other stuff too. If they have the gift, its supposed to be free, by the way.

Of course, a rising CD4 will help you, but I think warts are pretty well known to be open to the power of suggestion.

To remove warts you can use somethig similar to this. I have tried it in the past and it worked but you have to be careful not to aply it on healthy skin. Respectfully, I doubt very much that warts can be "magicked" away, no matter how powerful the suggestion.

That said the OP is free try hocus-pocus should he wish. When it doesn't work (and it won't) he should consult his doctor again.

Tea Tree Oil worked for me.  Dab it on the warts before bed with a cotton swab.  Within a week they should dissapear.  Hope this works.
