Insertive Oral and HIV risk
« on: July 18, 2024, 09:11:38 am »
I am an bisexual and only into orals sex. Since Jan 2024 to 08 Jun 2024 had 10 episodes of unprotected insertive oral episode with different gay partners. 01 episodes in Jan, 01 episode in Feb, 07 episodes on 18 May 2024 in an house oral orgy party and last one on 08 Jun 2024. Post 18 May 2024 episode i have been paranoid with STD and HIV. Had dry mouth feeling symptom from 22 May 2024 and is continued till date. Even had fatigue and backache for 2 to 3 days between 12 to 15 Jun 2024. Got tested for VDRL and hepatitis B on 12 Jun 2024 and are non reactive.
Now more worried about HIV from blow jobs received in orgy (where people were blowing each other and then they blowed me) and 08 Jun 2024  episode where a bottom told that he had his tooth extracted a week back. During all above mentioned episodes there was no ejaculation by me in any partners mouth, nor i could see visible blood in anyone's mouth or on my penis. Please note there were no cuts or abrasion on my penis
With all these do you feel I might catch HIV via a pee hole or being uncurcumsied
Read all post here which says no risk from receiving unprotected blow job, . Please help

Oral_OCD,

I read your post three times, someone had a tooth pulled the week before giving you a blowjob and you are worried about what people did with their mouths before sucking you and you are uncircumcised.

What you posted here including the what ifs etc isn't an HIV risk. Zero!

I wish you well but don't post about this again, talk to your healthcare provider about treating whatever is making you feel unwell.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV and get vaccinated against HPV, Hepatitis A & B.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

So considering all if i.e cuts in their mouths, sores, probably precum of others before blowing me. Do you still think there is no risk of HIV from all these 10 different episodes and there is no need for testing due to all these episodes

Jim already told you that no matter any what-if you dream up, your activities were not a risk for HIV.

If you're having health issues, contact your healthcare provider to look for some other reason for those problems.

I am really scared, having family and kid
Currently I am suffering from all ARS symptoms which comes one after another like acid reflux, weight loss, hot flashes, numbness in right hand, weakness, fatigue, dry mouth, sleeplessness etc. Daily I am reading number of articles with conflicting information and really really scared. Some says their is Little risk, some says no risk.a guide on HIV by John Hopkins describes many of above mentioned symptoms as HIV early symptoms. I never had anything like this before this incidence. Have been to GP and other doctors but not of much relief. Till date i don't have fever, rashes, swollen nodes or any sort of things.

All these symptoms started after 18May24 orgy, where people were engaged in different activities but i was only into insertive oral with 06 guys on that night (who have blown others before blowing me). Before blowing me they must have blown others, their mouth must have precum or cum of others and then they immediately blowed me. Does this increases my chances of contracting virus. Or they might have non visible blood in their mouth and it might have entered in my urethra?
With all these things still do you believe I can't get HIV and no testing is required. Please help, I am really dying on daily basis and scared to get even tested. My brain says that I am positive and thinking of all horrifying scenarios day in and day out.

Soon I will be having my companies annual checkup and if found postive, my whole world will stop to still
Please help.

Asked & answered already.

We do read all posts three times before answering, you got some blowjobs.

No, it doesn't create an HIV risk for you and receiving a blowjob lacks the conditions required for acquiring HIV, thus it makes sense that after 40+ years of this pandemic in terms of BJ's, there hasn't been a single documented case of HIV transmission to an insertive partner (the person being "sucked"), and you will not be the worlds first.

Vast majority of people will have no noticeable initial symptoms whatsoever and these issues you have are not HIV specific and have nothing to do with HIV from receiving blowjobs.

Stop googling and go back to your healthcare provider and continue to work with them on treating whatever is making you feel unwell and consider talking to a psychiatrist.

You did not get HIV from receiving a blowjob.

I will presume you are in a relationship with someone, so I'll mention the same thing I always do when someone says they are in a relationship;

If you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV, so if condomless sex does occur, you should consider testing more frequently.

I wish you well but this is a HIV forum and there is nothing more we can do for you. You did not get HIV from receiving a blowjob and we have explained HIV prevention, if you post about this again it will lead to a ban.

Quote
Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.
