Frottage with Anal Fissures
« on: March 20, 2021, 08:10:55 pm »
Hi Poz team,

Thank you for your support in helping to alleviate our concerns and educate all.

On Monday 15th March, I had gone to see a TS masseuse for a full body massage and happy ending.

I was lying on my front naked, no oil, cream or lube was used at all. After some hand massage to get out knots, she climbed on top. For reference I have a large bottom with anal fissures that come and go, I don’t believe I was bleeding or had any issues on that day but can’t be sure.

She had a small penis that was not erect and was flaccid. She pressed her whole body against me and started to dry hump/frottage with her penis on my ass while on top. I do not believe her penis even reached my anus (my bum is big and her penis small) plus the entire time she was not erect and I was clenching a lot. There may have been points where her penis touched/ even pressed against my anus when flacid/semi. I have never been penetrated so would assume I am tight, I do not believe I was penetrated and I’m sure I would know as it would be painful but I felt no pain during the interaction. Additionally given no lube and don’t think it’s possible to penetrate with a flacid penis.

After about 2-3mins I turned around and she applied lube to my cock and her cock and we both did mutual masterbation. She was still flacid, we then put our dicks side by side and wanked both cocks together at which point she was hard/erect - I then came onto her penis.

Do either of these cause a concern for HIV and is it too late for Pep?

Many thanks

Nutella

Hiya,

Nothing you mentioned here would be an HIV risk.
Relax and move on with your life.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider talking to your health care provider about taking PrEP going forward as an additional layer of HIV protection.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Kind regards

Jim

Hiya Jim,

Thank you for your prompt reply and I hope you’re somewhat enjoying your Saturday evening in lockdown!

I think what’s been getting to me has been my thoughts running away and imagining what ifs and continuously replaying the event in my mind. I keep thinking but what if she did actually penetrate me, but don’t think it’s possible with a flaccid penis plus I would have felt pain. Writing down the events as they occurred here has helped me get a grip of reality.

You’re right about STI as I noticed the next day that my bowl movements were of a green colour, then restored to normal. Which suggests either a bacterial infection or Ive been eating too many vegetables (which I have).

This is my only encounter since my last test last year, I will get a full check in 7 weeks via home test kits anyways just to be sure.

Thank you again Jim

Hiya.

You're welcome.
Look you did not acquire HIV from this encounter, that much is certain.

Best, Jim
