Welcome Lisa (aka SDgirl in our forums) to our blogging team. Lisa will be able to bring to our blogs the prespective of someone diagnosed fairly recently.
Check out her first posting at http://blogs.poz.com/lisablog/.
Lisa -- thanks for joining the team. I'm looking forward to your future posts.

Everyone should read Lisa's story!
This is one of the best personal accounts I've read to date, honest and eloquent. Lisa, I can completely relate to your story and I applaud you for taking the time to share it with the world.
Beautifully written!
Love you already,
Wesley

A BIG thank you to all of you who have read and sent comments on my new Blog.
I truly appreciate everyone's kind thoughts and words of encouragement.
I've made a new entry to answer some of the questions that I received about my brother and my boyfriend, I hope it helps clarify some things for you! Much more to come!

Lisa,
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I can only access the first blog. Of course I'm interested in reading them all.
Certain you are very busy, but next time you are here can you post the links to the new blogs?
Thanks,
Wesley

Welcome Lisa.

I'm mortified that her gay brother, who is an HIV counselor, offered her ZERO emotional support. How incredibly dysfunctional. He should be lined up against a wall and shot by a firing squad of drag queens.
I can also tell that Lisa is a fierce person... she just oozes it.

Hey Austin,
I don't know how to post the link to the 2nd Blog here, maybe the MOD's can help? I can see when I go there, logged in or not. Not sure if it's just you or everyone????

My God Lisa, you weren't kidding when you said drama. I suspect you are correct about your brother.
You're doing a fantastic job writing all of this up in such detail with a great deal of humor. Absolutely love it!
