GPO (Government Pharmaceutical Organisation) has the generic retrovirals
they have their own pharmacies. website is www.gpo.or.th
I m not familiar with the situation in Chiangmai but I wd go to
any ID specialist in one of the bigger hospitals and ask him if there s an
organisation that can help your friend. I found this :
Thai Youth AIDS Prevention Project, PO Box 287, Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai 50202. Tel/Fax: 66-53-220-924 Email: tyap@loxinfo.co.th Established in Sept '95, as a non-government organization targeting youth in Chiang Mai.
And here's a hotline in Bangkok :
Maybe they can refer. Hotline -- (662) 255-7893, 255-7894

Thanks for this great info.
I will investigate and inform the interested person.

I remember to have read somewhere that Thailand is among the most helping country for the thai HIV infected people.

Hopes it is the case !

Thanks all,
John
