I want to ask if some thinks are possible exposures, someone scratched his hand on a plastic cover some seconds after i did the same all tho i didn't saw any blood it was a scratch, if he is HIV + am i in danger? a customer was talking to me and he was spiting while talking, if he had some open wound in mouth which means some blood when he was spiting above my coffee am i in danger drinking the coffee? answer me please!!!

You are worrying needlessly. HIV is a fragile virus. It is not passed via doorknobs, toilet seats, on or in food or beverages or other environmental objects.

As Andy said, nothing you mention is in any way a risk for hiv infection. As an adult, the main risks you may encounter are needle sharing when injecting recreational drugs or unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse.
Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently (and don't share drug injecting equipment), and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

My only concern was that the cover that scratched the other person and then scratched me maybe could carry the virus to me but since both Andy and Ann tell me there is no reason to worry i should just move on. Thank you for your quick reply.

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies.
Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. For this reason, hiv cannot be transmitted from objects in the environment such as what you describe.
If hiv were that easily transmitted, everyone would end up hiv positive after a few years of life, just like most people have had the flu virus at some point in their lives.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!!!

Hi all one more question about something that happened last night, i was talking to someone and he spit on my face during talking to me i think he spit in my eye also, if there was any bleeding in his mouth witch means some blood in his spit am i in danger or this incident follows the rule about changes from air temperature and pH will not allow the virus to live? in conclusion u see any risk or this is a non risk situation?

Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect. Nobody has EVER been infected through spit.
You need to understand that the main risk you face as an adult is unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse. If you're not having unprotected intercourse, then you're not at risk. You need to start applying this information to your everyday life.

Andy, Ann Rod please tell me that it is OK that i made a test at 88 dayes and not at 90 :( i made a test 88 dayes after i thought it was 90 but it was 88 i count wrong, is there any deference? do i need to retest? A the test was negative. Does the 2 dayes make any deference? or it is the same think??!!!

No, the 2 days would not make a difference in the accuracy of your result.

Thank y for making it clear that fast cause i was getting in bad mood cause of the counting mistake i made!! But since the 2 dayes makes no deference my heart is back in its place again!!!

At no time were you ever at risk nor did you need testing. Take the time to reread all the replies that you have been given.

And I am going to warn you that if you come back here again with more what ifs about your non-risk incident, you are going to find yourself getting a Time Out from the site.
HIV is not your problem. Period.

Hi to all and thank you for your answers so far, something happened to me last afternoon and it worries me, by mistake i scratched someones hand not a bad scratch but it was a scratch, what worries me is that some times i bit the skin around my fingers and it leaves some damaged skin, so if the scratch bleed it sounds as a problem, am i by any chance in danger? or it is something i shouldn't even think again?

Get a grip. Unless you've been having unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse that you aren't telling us about, then you have not been at risk for hiv infection. In fact, it gets a bit insulting when people like you think you're going to become infected by simply touching someone who is hiv positive. In your dreams, mate.
