Look for a good dx to help my son

My son has just been diagnosed with HIV.  He is in Newark and has been on meds since Nov, being treated at St. Michaels in Newark, NJ.  Pediatrician told me to get a good specialist for him, preferably one that is associated with UMDNJ, a research hospital.  Would appreciate any recommendation.  Heart is broken and have been reading and reading but really not getting anywhere.

What do you mean by "not getting anywhere"? Have you been reading a lot of bad news about being HIV+?  How is your son's current health?  Usually these days things work out pretty OK if people seek and get good medical treatment.
