Decided to watch the final scene from "Longtime Companion" which I haven't watch since I saw the movie on first go-around. Wasn't looking forward to it but a friend had brought up the movie and the scene and I couldn't stop thinking about it. Each time I thought about it I would get close to crying. Decided the only way to deal with that was to watch it again.

So I did. Of course, I cried. Just like I cried, and everyone else in the theatre cried, when I saw that scene the first time. Didn't have the unexpectedness of it this time. Hit hard but not as hard as the first time.

Still here and still waiting for the cure to happen before I die...
