hello, a few days ago i receive a handjob from a girl, where she wet one her finger with saliva or vaginal fluid and use it as lube on my penis, am not sure whether some got inside the tip of my penis and also not sure which however as she was rubbing it, it then began to dry and immediately , i stopped, please note that there wasn't any penetration or such I DID NOT INSERT MY PENIS OR SHE DID NOT SUCK MY PENIS, also there is no burning sensation or itching on my penis or inside and all this took place on the 30th of june , AM I AT RISK FOR HIV?

The fluids would first be exposed to the environment meaning the receptors HIV uses to infect would correct, leaving it unable to infect, and the fluids in this situation saliva isn't an HIV concern, it fact its hostile towards HIV and breaks down the receptors needed for HIV to infect.  If it was vaginal fluids, then it would be from her Bartholin's glands, this is a lubricating fluid and does not have any more HIV present than other bodily secretions such as saliva, sweat or tears. Saliva, sweat and tears are not HIV infectious fluids.

EVEN IF SHE DID SUCK YOUR PENIS IT WOULD NOT BE AN HIV RISK TO YOU. IT WOULD ONLY BE A MINUTE HIV RISK TO HER.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms, and the only way of knowing is by testing.

hello Jim Allen, its close to a month since I posted , am still worried , I haven't develop any symptoms but however am still worried

What you posted isn't an HIV risk to you. Having irrational worries doesn't change that, and I am not going to pretend it was an HIV risk.

Move on with your life, use condoms for any intercourse, no exceptions and test out of standard routine yearly for STIs & HIV.

hello Jim Allen I hope all is well with you, sorry am being off topic with this , but if this is not a risk for HIV, IS THIS A RISK FOR HERPES? I HAVEN'T develop any blister or sore on my genitals but still wanna know .the 30th of June - 31st of July (no SORES)

This isn't the herpes forum, anyhow, yes to answer your question and there are a number of other STIs that you could have been exposed to from the concerned encounter.

However, no need to stress after each sexual encounter over STIs, just use condoms for intercourse and test out of standard routine yearly.

You had no HIV risk and low STI risk.
