Tai-Chi helps me
« on: February 28, 2015, 11:20:49 am »
Besides cycling and eating right (well most of the time) I found that Tai Chi helps me.. This could be off topic as well but decided it belongs here.. I recently started attending Tai Chi classes, well about a month now.. I attend once a week and found it helps with lowering my stress level, which helps me with the aids thing.. It also helps that the classes are in the park among the trees and fresh air and the people are nice :D..

I love Tai Chi and cycling as well :)  - They are both very good at relieving stress; just not done at the same time.
