After 16 months my business has finally sold or what willpower can do!!!

I got the final contract signed today : my business is sold. I lost over $ 150.000,00, but I am free at last.

For those not aware of what kept me under a tremendous load of stress :
My still legal husband and I started up a fitness/wellness Center in April 2000. We had 17 employees.
Working 16-18 hours a day, during 5 years, brought  my company to a profitable level.
Just as I was ready to be paid the first dividends, I got a horrible burnout, with all sorts of physical strange conditions.
I suffered from paralyses from the left body side, developed a buffalo hump within 3 days,  showed all signs of a braintumor and became utterly depressed. And the business started to go down as some wicked fool spread the news : HE HAS AIDS.
It was then that I found this site. And the people on this site helped me survive the ordeal that followed the next 18 months.
I struggled through depression, suicidal behaviour, complete lethargy for days and extreme fatigue to the point  where I decided to sell the business.

Well, one thing they don't teach you when you start a business is "how to sell one".
To make it short : it took me over 16 months to do so. I was lied to, promised investors, given false information.. and instead of having sold the place on December 31st 2005 it will now be sold on March the 1st, 2007 !!!

I wanted to thank all of you on here : those who were aware of my situation, those who believed in a sale from the beginning and those who kept my head above water.

Rich, for assuring me : one day.......
Jeff, for telling me to go on...
Moffie , who could relate as no one else...
and Dan, who, more then once saw a human being, struggling to fight HIV for more then 20 years, and fighting to keep his head above water go down in stress and despair.
And those who unknowingly werer here to help.

I have lost my intire savings, but I gained freedom to go on with my life.

Willpower is one thing you need, but love is what really helped me through this ordeal.

I will start a new adventure in my life, at 51.
HIV out of the way, life and love, here I come.
Stronger then before and more determined then ever to live a life of sharing human warmth, respect, love and friendship

That's brilliant news Herman!  I'm so glad it's finally come off it's been obvious how much it meant to you.  Good luck on the new adventure and make sure you share it with us!

Herman, I told you to keep pushing on that this day would finally come. It did! This morning I could tell the weight was lifted off your shoulders when we spoke on Messinger.  I am very happy this is all over for you.

Now you can sit down and relax and start thinking and making plans for what ever is next.

OMG!!!  This has been going on since before I joined the Forums, and I remember you and others posting about it. I'm so happy for you!!

AND YOU'RE 51????????? Now THAT, sweet Hermie, is a shock to me! I honestly thought you were maybe 40.

Hi Herman. I read these posts and everyone is saying "Congrats". This is obviously a good event to happen for you. I'm sitting here thinking, That poor guy just lost $150,000.00.........is it pounds? Oh,man....Ouch! It must of been HELL for you if you're happy to unload with losses.

I am so glad for you!  I know how hard you have struggled with this and all the related issues.

Hermie...  I am so very happy for you!   I work with millionair and billionairs and there is absolutely nothing I want that they have..   My reality check is going home and hugging my husband.   I haven't a pot to piss in but I am happy.   I am glad to see this load lifted Hermie and I know you will come out a winner....  You have always been.
