hello,
I am feeling weird lately. can't tell if I'm infected. I had taken a prostitute around 4 mos ago and I used condom during our sessions(i don't know if it broke). around 3 mos. after that, I had diarrhea and been waking up very hungry(like shaking hungry). now I have been feeling warm and uncomfortable, headache behind the neck. i have green stools at times.
Does HIV have to with these? Are these HIV symptoms? is it possible for th e symptoms to appear after 3 mos of infection?

Akoni, condoms provide very effective protection against HIV transmission. The only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. If the condom had failed you would have known it because it's not about there being itty bitty little holes. No, when a condom goes the whole thing ends up looking like a hoop with strands on your penis. So your condom didn't fail.
Your symptoms are something to discuss with your doctor. They have nothing to do with HIV and are not in any way HIV specific.
Good luck with finding out the real cause of your symptoms. There is no need for HIV testing.

Hi everyone,
I'm a little bit concern about my condition. I am recently diagnosed with fatty liver and I've read that HIV pos often have fatty liver and i feel hot all over my body. I have been feeling this for two days now. I am an occassional drinker. Please help.

Please post in this one thread no matter how long between visits or subject matter . You can visit your profile an select show own post and it will take you here .
A fatty liver from HIV only happens when a person has had HIV for years . Its not HIV causing your liver . Get checked out for Hepatitis B and C and stop or cut back your drinking until you see your doctor to see whats up .

We don't discuss symptoms because they are rarely HIV specific in nature . You didn't have a risk , if you don't believe it then go test and expect a negative result .
