Anyone have an opinion on Kpax? Does it work? Is it worth the monthly price tag?

Thanks in advance,
LES Jake

In my experience, it gives you the squits and that's all.

It is kinda expensive.

A balanced diet, bit of normal healthy living and maybe a decent multivit prob does the same.

I you decide you want to go that route,  you can get virtually the same thing from NY buyers club  (google it)  for a lot less money.

Best of luck

I talked to my infectious disease doctor about supplements and specifically asked about K-PAX, and he said the majority of ingredients in it have no been supported by scientific research to be of any use. He said it would be a complete waste of money and wouldn't do anything, and it might actually harm me. In his opinion, the only supplements scientifically validated as worth taking were selenium, fish oil, and a multivitamin. All the others are just pure speculation. So, in my humble opinion, I wouldn't waste your time, money, or risk your health with unknown complications of unproven supplements. Ask your ID doc.

I took K-pax vitamins for about a year. I really didn't notice any change in my Cells while on the Vitamin. I did however notice a change when I got off them my Cells improved. I am not saying that K-pax hurt my Tell, but they sure didn't help at 125.00 a box.

Get a good muti vitamin with no herbal ingredients. Some Herbs can hurt your liver and mess with medication. Not worth the risk.

I also take Omega 3
Probiatics
Calcium

Keep it simple no Vitamin is going to help your Cells plain and simple. Eat well, rest, water and exercise are the best things you can do to help yourself.

And I thought K-Pax was a movie with Kevin Spacey.
