vacutainer Needle reuse for blood drawn risk
« on: January 30, 2020, 01:56:10 pm »
47 days ago i went for a blood test during blood drawn season i didn't notice the phlebotomist to unpack the needle. I noticed he fixed the needle to the holder. dispose the needle after recapping the needle.I am scared if he reused the needle of previous patient on me.I called in lab they told needle can't be use twice because blood clots inside.i had a antibody test( finger prick) on 41 days which came negative.  What should i do?

What should i do?

Move on with your life!

Also, stop posting in the "I just tested POZ" forum or any forum section designed for people living with HIV. The only place you may post to ask a question here is in  "Am I infected"
