Title: Started Process off Resue Dog adoption - any tips

Had my interview at Battersea Dogs home today, now have to get a letter from Lambeth council confirming That the l can keep a dog , when I get that the home interview.

Any tips

I do not now how big your place is but if you can get a non shedding dog.  They are easier to take care of and get one that is suited to your life style. If your a on the go type then maybe a working breed but if not then get one who does not require a lot of exercise.  I did not pick my dogs, they picked me.  The big one is a shedding factory and the little one is bossy and a drama queen typical of a chihuahua. Just remember, it will be the child who never grows up and leaves the house.  Your life will revolve around its needs just as much as raising a kid does.  That being said, good luck.
