Handjob over underwear
« on: December 17, 2023, 09:55:45 am »
Hello everyone. I have been reading many questions and replies in this forum and have almost let my brain believe I had no exposure. However that anxious/ guilt voice is still making me second guess. My situation is, I met with a trans woman in May of 2023. Spoke before our meeting and she told me she is on prep and is tested every three months. That she is very serious about her health and takes precautions . She has anal sex with condoms only, but not for blowjobs and handjobs. We started heavy petting, she unzipped my pants and started stroking my penis covered by my underwear. I feel fine about the counter this far. I don't think she ever put her hand down her pant to touch herself but then again I wasn't paying much attention to much else but her hand touching me. When some pre cum leaked through my underwear she swiped it with her finger and began sucking her finger, pretty much deep throating her finger, then immediately rubbed the wet spot on my underwear which was right on my urethra. That was all that happened. She strokes me for a few more seconds then we ended out encounter. I can't get the fact that she had her finger deep in her mouth and then touched my urethra opening even though it was covered by my underwear. And the fact that my underwear were very thin " athletic" breathable underwear, almost pantyhose thin. And advice or though on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I read your post three times. You are concerned that she sucked on her finger and touched your underwear, and at that moment, your penis was inside the underwear.

It's not an HIV risk, zero!

She could have touched your penis directly after sucking her finger without the barrier of the underwear or instead sucked your penis instead of her finger, and it still would not have been an HIV risk to you.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to address my concern. It definitely helped ease my worry. I guess my only worry was if anything could have transferred through the thin fabric into my urethra  since she was rubbing her finger right over my urethra and the fabric of my underwear was stretched very thin. But I understand what you told me and I can move past this now. Thank you

Hi, about 5, maybe 6 weeks ago I went to a public restroom knon for m2m encounters. Walked in on two guys in the restroom, one was giving the other guy a blowjob. I  asked if I could watch. The guy ejaculated in the other guysouth and then left. I told the guy who was still there that I liked being watched but not into contact. He agreed to watch me jerk off while he jerked off. We were about 2 feet apart ,facing each other. He then asked me to cum on his penis, so when I was ready he put his penis under mine, but it did not touch. When I started to cum he lifted his penis as if to try to make contact so I quickly moved to the urinal to finish up. He put his hand under my penis to catch more cum. I then wiped myself off with toilet paper and left while he was masturbating  with my cum. What worries me is, if he  climaxed and I didn't notice . If some of his semen got on the tip of my penis, since we were fairly close in proximity, I  think I would have noticed that but my brain is saying" what if".  Would I be at risk for HIV if it got in my urethra. This week my wife has body aches, headache and a sore throat. So I'm kinda nervous. I plan on getting tested at my next physical in June. Thank you.

Read your post including the "what ifs" three times.

You had zero HIV risk from jerking off with the guy.

I'll mention the same thing I always do when someone says they are in a relationship;

If you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV, so if condomless sex does occur, you should consider testing more frequently.
