Sex with CSW
« on: May 27, 2008, 07:19:48 pm »
Dear all.

on april 18 , I had sex with CSW and it was only pentration on her for 30 second . while she was standing with a condom on . after 30 second I withdrow my penis and asked her to lay down . and then I couldn't perntrat her coz I cum and it got soft. then I removed the Condom and checked it and it was intact . my semen didn't pass throw it .  there was no oral sex or anal sex . and there was only one time finguring and I might be sure that my finger was intact and no cuts.

It is my frist time cheating to my wife so I felt gulty and really beem worried about STDs and HIV. then I got the following test :

1 week after the thing ( HIV 1/2 AB and Syphliss = Neg. )
4 weeks ................... ( HIV 1/2 AB and HBV and HCV all was neg. )
30 days .................... ( HIV AG " P24 " and it was neg. )
5 weeks ................... ( HIV 1/2 AB and it was neg. )
5.5 weeks ................ ( HIV 1/2 AB by IFA and it was neg, )
6 weeks ................... ( HIV 1/2 AB and HCV and HBV and syphliss and all was neg. )

I know that my risk was low . but what I want to say that my lymphocytes % is 66% and my WBC is 4.5"10 . and what I know is that if the lymphocytes rise it means that there is viral infection .

I am afraid coz I made love to my wife and I feel bad coz I cheated on her and also slept with her without being sure of my status.

I want your advice coz this makes me thinking all the day about it .

Please tell me about my satuation coz I am lossing my mind.

You're filled with guilt, not HIV. Condoms provide very effective protection against HIV transmission. There's no cause for concern or for testing. Stop collecting medical numbers on yourself and misinterpreting what they mean. HIV is absolutely not an issue here. It doesn't matter whether you boink with a professional or a civilian. As long as you are using a condom then HIV transmission is not going to happen. Period.

As for guilt, well you don't get any awards for beating up on yourself. You did what you did and you can't undo that. See it, own it, take a breath and let it go. That's the most loving thing you can do for all concerned.

Stop with the drama and get on with your life.

Turki,

If you have questions about your lymphocyte count, you should speak to your doctor.

The bottom line is that you did NOT have a risk for hiv infection. Yes, you can have sex with your wife.

As for your baby, even if you were hiv positive, you would not need to take any special precautions when dealing with the baby. Casual, everyday contact does NOT transmit hiv.

What is pertinent is your LACK OF RISK. You didn't have a risk. So it's not an issue for you.

In general, all but the very smallest number of those who are going to seroconvert will do so within 4-6 weeks after an exposure to the HIV virus. The average time to seroconversion is 22 days.

You are worrying needlessly. Really.

Turki,

You need to stop testing obsessively for hiv. You did NOT have a risk and your test results are NOT going to change. You are conclusively hiv negative.

If you've read the Welcome Thread like you're supposed to, you will have read the following posting guideline:

Quote
Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

Also I started give some ppl some advices and reasurance regarding thier test and risks . So thanks for this forum.

I hope you're not giving advice on this forum through the PM facility. Please do not do that - or you will be banned. You are not qualified to give advice concerning hiv transmission and testing.

Please consider yourself warned.

You where at very low risk for hiv but there is a whole lot of other bugs out there that are much easier to get, HPV which causes anal and cerviacal cancer is caused by the hpv virus is to get and to transmit.(and a condom will not always help because there will be exposed tissue at the base)  There is herpes, Syphilis, and lots more. Not Judging you, but just be aware all the other bugs are easier to get and can cause some real problems... Better to just be monogamous if you ask me.

Okay I am sorry I had no idea, I just was putting in my 2 cents worth I guess, did not realize this site worked this way. I am not sure how this site works, just thought it was like a list serv where you can be in touch with many others in the same situation.   I had posted some things myself yesterday asking the group if anyone had had any problems with hiv med related gynecomastia and what their doctor said.
Is there a way on  here I can ask a large group of people at one time who might be in the same situation?
Got a huge case of A.D.D here if you could let me know how this works please let me know.  I did ask my question in several forums the other day but got in trouble with a moderator for doing so (asking in more than one forum) , my thought was each of the three or so forums were relevent to my situation "living with hiv","long term survivors" and "treatment and side effects". I asked in more than one forum thinking that not everyone reads all the forums, and i wanted to up my chances for finding someone with my problem.
Is this not a site like that where I can ask the whole group at one time? Sorry if I am not understanding how this site works..
I am just looking to reach out to as many folks who might be in the same situation with the hiv med related gynecomastia, so when I get my hormone labs results with the doctor I can go in with more information. My Doc is not very much up on steroids and hormone. She is an excellant hiv doc but from what I can tell, very hesitant to deal with steriods and hormonal situation.

Rosco,

If you need help figuring out how this site works, first read the Welcome threads. There's a separate one for the Am I Infected forum as this forum is run a little differently to the rest of the place. The Welcome threads always appear at the top of any given forum, with the one in Living being the main one for the rest of the site. (some forums have their own welcome for reasons which should be apparent when you read them)

Another thing you can do is start a thread in Living, introduce yourself, and ask some questions about the site there. And of course reading through the threads will also give you an idea as to how it all works.

But PLEASE, do not reply in this thread. What we're doing here is hijacking Turki's thread.

Thank you for your cooperation.

See you in the Living forum,
Ann
