Hi
Thanks for your reply...basically my applications for leave to remain have been refused really and where i originally came from have no proper medication. I was diagnosed here in the uk and have had excellent health and monitoring. If i go back i don't know what will happen to me. >:(

Hi Danny and welcome to the forum . Hopefully someone in the UK can offer you advice about treatment options when they see your thread here . Best of luck .

Hi Capsydanny,
Sorry to hear about your situation. It's a terrible feeling when you don't know what's going to happen. This could be an extra burden for HIV positive person to deal with. I would recommend speaking with someone or some agency (sometimes they could be non profit) where you can speak about your immigration and HIV situation anonymously (to somewhat). Regardless, they won't disclose your information to immigration people and they can help you with legal matters. Plus, I think if you can speak with counselor (also you can look for non profit) or if you have insurance then you would not need to find non profit agency.
If you speak with someone about your situation, it may not solve your problem immediately, but you may be able to make rational decision and be able to see through other solutions. If you think you might not get proper treatment from your home country, then I would recommend seek some help from some source (therapy and legal) before moving back.
Best Wishes

hi Since 2005,
Thank you so much for your advice. Am so glad to hear all that. People here are very supportive. At the moment am connecting with many agencies and hope something good comes of it. Will share more in case something comes up. Thank you.
