? Please assess risk

First of all I want to thank you for this excellent service you are providing.
Secondly I want some advice on my risk.
I was involved in mutual masturbation with a sex worker lady. She was fingering her excessively and with her same wet hands was giving me a hand job. I am circumsized.
We did not have any vaginal or anal sex at all.
Now I am terrified that vaginal secretions on her hands coud have come in contact with my urethra.
Please advise, I am really nervous.

Hi Nervous , There has never been a case of HIV via hand-job and the reason is because that's not the way HIV is transmitted .

HIV is a fragile virus that cannot live outside of the human body , its instantly destroyed by temperature and changes in PH when exposed to oxygen , instantly . Once outside the human body it becomes so damaged it cant infect , thats why you never hear about getting HIV from a hand-job or doorknob . 

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED FURTHER HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Can I ask one last question?  Hand job is not a risk but what if her hands were wet with vaginal secretions? and they were coming in contact with urethra?

You are not bothering us at all , that's why we are here . Use condoms correctly and consistently for vaginal and anal sex and you will avoid HIV . You can put your hand-job fear to rest .
