Just take them at the same time you normally would in the other time zone... a few hours variance won't matter.

stick with the same time so you don't screw things up. the window period / half life / absorption rate of meds is a lot longer than just a couple of hrs. Being late or early by the several hours difference in east to west coast isn't going to make any difference.

I don't even have an exact "set" time for my meds. I take them with dinner - which falls between 5pm and 8pm. And that's when I kept taking them (at dinner) when I recently went from SC to WA for AMG 2011. (well I basically stuck to that schedule, except for the one day when I ate a huge lunch and skipped dinner. I washed my pills down that evening with a couple vodka and cokes as we went bar-hopping up the hill. ROFLMAO)

I recommend what steve in toronto and leatherman said. It's easier to remain consistent and the time difference for the two time changes changes won't make any difference if you are on on modern meds. This is what I do when I travel. The last thing you want when you are away from home is taking meds at a different time eg morning vs evening and having a weird trip.

Not really. It is probably one of the easier combos to bring forward to a new time if you want to be precise, but me, I would just stick with the same time local time, it's easier.
