Nausea/ Insomnia
« on: April 03, 2017, 06:52:05 am »
I've been doing this since 2001.  I've been on countless combinations to fight the side effects.  For me they are insomnia and nausea.  That's a combination of side effects which is just so delightful!  Every article I come across says "oh don't worry, those side effects will fade after a couple weeks."  That's not the case for me.

I've been using medical marijuana for the past couple years.  Although it doesn't get rid of the nausea completely, it helps just enough to allow me to sleep well.  The nausea hits me in the morning but isn't as bad if I have smoked the night before.

Now things are changing.  Our family is expanding, my wallet is not!  Medical marijuana is expensive and I just can't afford it or to be out of it like that (even if it's right before bed.)  Kids need us at our best 100% of the time.

So are there any other options out there?  Medical marijuana had been a god send, but it's not a great option for the long term for me.  I'm on Truvada and Tivicay.
