First of all, excuse my english, I'm Mexican.
Second of all, I'm very, very, VERY STUPID.
I'm a 40 years old straight guy, very straight in every way. but in the last few days my circle of friends grew up a lot, specially with gay guys wich I really become to like and love, some of them even more than just friends, like brothers.  But that brought a lot of questions and with that, what killed the cat... curiosity.
I got married almost 2 months ago, and a week and a half before my wedding I was bored at home and the stupid of me decided to have an adventure for the first time in my life and before I got married.  So I visited a gay web page, got the number of a sex worker and well....
He gave me a blow job, and for 20 seconds I gave him one, at the end I tasted a very sour flavor so I stopped.  We didn't even had sex, I didnīt like it at all and didn't feel right. I paid him and left.
Just 2 days after that I started to feel a burning sensation every time I went to the bathroom so went to a doctor and was diagnozed with Gonorreah.
My wedding was so beautiful and fun, but I was more scared than anything.  The doctor told me that Gonorreah is easily transmited by a BJ but HIV don't.
A couple of days later I got white spots in my lips like acne.  Went to the doctor and told me not to worry, it was nothing and gave me nizoral (Ketoconazol) for 21 days.  My tongue also got very white, like a geographic tongue but very white and creamy in the back.  Another doctor told me that it was saburreal tongue but then he asked me if I had a risk sex relationship, that worried me the most.
Now I have an itch (not constant) in my arms, legs, chest and even in my forehead.
I haven't had sex my my wife, I told her I have a kidney infection that gave me an urinal infection.  The withe in my tongue won't go away.
I know you know the drill, the panic, the ideas, the fear. No diarreah of flu. I lost a couple of pounds the first week, i say due the panic, I didn't eat nor sleep.

Your doctor was correct, this is not an hiv situation.

Have you had your throat swabbed for sexually transmitted infections? It is possible to become infected with gonorrhea in your throat. Keep working with your doctors to find out what's going on.

Along with reading the Transmission Lesson - it's linked to in the Welcome Thread - here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection.

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL STIs together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with a sexually transmitted infection. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Thank you Ann for your response.  After reading the lesson I feel much better.  I just have one question.  When I was diagnozed with Gonorreah the doctor prescriben an inyection of antibiotics and another antibiotic in pill for 21 days.  Doesnīt it take care of both things (penis and troath)??  Or should I take another treatment for the troath?
Now, what about my white tonge? Both doctors told me that it wasnīt anything but both prescribed meds for candida.
I come to this forum and nobody seems to had have those symptoms (all those found in all the other pages written by doctors)

I feel like my life is starting to come back to me.  So happy I found this site.

But, I'm still worried though

Show your mouth to your doctor. Sometimes taking antibiotics can give you thrush. It's quite common. It might also be nothing at all. We cannot tell you what it is, you'll have to see the doctor.

Hi again. Last time I posted I got very relaxed after reading all your responses.

It's been almost 8 weeks since my encounter with a sex worker and 2 nights ago I got diarrhea.  Next mornig I was fine and last night I got it again.  Also, everything hurted from my waist down.

Like I told you, I'm straight and had sex with another male (first and last time)  I had his member in my mouth for 5 to 10 seconds, that may leftsome precum inside my mouth, if so, that's enough to transmit HIV?

I feel fine today, haven't gone to the bathroom yet but my stomack still making strong noises.

And my last question,  I'm waiting for the 3 months period, I'll test then and if negative (Pray God for that every day) will go back to my normal life and go ahead and have sex with my wife.  If I test negative at 3 moths it's done right?  I found other sites where it says that you must wait 6 months to be sure.

As you've already been told, this is not an hiv situation. Diarrhea can happen for all sorts of reasons.

Test if you like, but don't be surprised by your negative result.

Fool, none of the symptoms you are describing are in any way suggestive of HIV infection or in any way HIV specific. But as I think you've been told before, neither the presence nor the absence of symptoms will ever tell you anything accurately about your HIV status.

Only an HIV test done at 13 weeks after a risky incident will give you that answer.

From what you have described of the incident your risk was pretty close to zero. I certainly expect you will test negative. I suspect that this is more about your feelings about having sucked a guy than any real risk.

As far as your cramping and whatever, discuss that with your doctor.

The only real reason to get tested this time is for your peace of mind because as I said the risk was close to zero. While you're waiting to get tested keep yourself busy and the waiting time will pass more quickly than you may imagine is possible.

Just one question, if I was treated for 21 days for Gonorreah do I need another treatment in case I had it in my troath?  Wouldn't te first treatment take care of both?
