Jetlag taking medication

Hey all,
I hope you are having a good weekend. I am traveling to the Us from Europe. I usually take my meds at 9 am but with the jet lag it would make me take at 3 am (I won’t put an alarm for that). Would I rather take it at 9 pm and when I come back go to normal?

If 9 pm works for you then take them at 9 pm and switch back to routine when you get back.
Whenever I travel to the US I just keep taking my meds at the usual routine.
Example: Normally take my meds at 8 am Irish time and I jump on a plane to the New York than I will take my meds 8 am New York time during my trip.
This does mean i'm in fact taking my meds 5 hours too early on the first day in New York and 5 hours late on my first day back but its works for me.
