Eric,

Live with It Episode 3, the shot at the subway station was eccentric. I wonder what Bobby is going to do in Episode 4?

Have the BEST Day!

It is very dark, to the point I almost don't know what to think.

Very dark but it is also very real.I was thinking that she was going to jump at some point not wanting to go on.

I'm wondering where you came across this, and to whom it's supposed to be marketed. Considering they start out with an ad for meds, they must be for us. They are very real but I certainly don't need to be reminded of this past year. They were extremely dark, and should be shown in schools for prevention.

I think this series is excellent, despite the fact that it is indeed dark.  I have shown this to various community advocates and they have embraced it wholeheartedely.  I am not sure exactly whether it's intended for "us", or for prevention, but I do know that everyone who has seen it pays attention -- and isn't that the most imporant thing?  I would encourage everyone to see it for themselves and post a review, so that the creators (Incendia Health Studios) will know what we think and then they can tailor future episodes to ensure that all the appropriate messages about HIV get out there.  It's not easy being "us", and I think the series does a great job of capturing that.  Even though many of "us" have moved past the dark times, there are many others that need to see that it's not uncommon to be scared, feel lonely, and need help.  I applaud those that made the series for taking a very original and distinct approach to HIV education.

I got a crayola crayon for you... :)  Seriously, though, I think we should appluad the efforts of those that want to help make the world a better place through education.  You might not like it the tone, but I think it works to capture the spirit of what we went through... at least for those that are still struggling.
