Hello to everyone on here and a thank ahead of time for the ones that respond.

I am a 43 yr old male that hasn't played around much.  2 weeks ago I was playing around the guy was behind me play and rubbing his penis against my hole.  I believe it is referred to as frottage.  He might have barely dipped me. He had my hole lubed good.  He then climbed on top of me and lubbed his hole and penis up really good and was rubbing my penis against his hole and it did dip, just the head for maybe 5 sec.  After out we put a comdon on and preceded.
I am very worried of were I am at.  He says he is negtive but you never know.   I myself along with the other people posting are very worried when something like this happens.  No symptoms but I am getting no sleep at night because this consumes my thoughts.  I fould this forum last night (while I could sleep) and there is a lot of great info here.  Just thought I would post and ask.  I don't have anyone to talk to about this.  Thanks so much.

Brief dipping rarely leads to HIV infections , I have never seen a case that did . Low risk does not equal no risk though .

Since you are becoming more sexually active now is the time to begin your regular sexual health care checkups ,  anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Since you had low ( very low ) risk encounter you can test at 6 weeks past the incident and again at 3 months to confirm the results , you should expect a negative result .

Thanks for your quick reply.  Your respones on here make a lot of since.  I know I read these for 2-3 hours overnight as I couldn't sleep. As I read on here from people with same thoughts as myself,  its easy for the anxiety to set in especially at 3 in the morning and surfing the web.

I honestly think you are going to test HIV negative if this your only concern . I would follow through with testing at the appropriate time with your sexual health checkup , an HIV test never hurt anyone and its the responsible thing to do . Best of luck .

Thanks Jeff for the replies.  Its been several days since I have been on here but I think the stress sude of the waiting and the what if's are driving me crazy.  Could the stress make me have dirriaha (not bad but a lot of gas and rumbling stomach).  My rear has got a little sour also from this.  I do bath every day but drive a vechile alot with my job. along with ringing and the popping ears.  I try to put it out if my mind but have a hard time doing it.  I am on vacation with my family andb thought thus might help but being around my wife and daughter all the time is making it worse. I just need to talk to someone.  Sorry for the bad grammer.  I am doing this for a cellphone.  My wife has noticed my stress levels.

There is nothing HIV specific about any of your "symptoms."

Like Jeff I expect you to test negative.

THere's a familiar quality of guilt about what's going on with you. You did what you did and it can't be undone. The best for all concerned is for you to take a breath, let it go and get on with your life.

Ultimately I expect you will come out of this ok.

Andy is correct , your symptoms are not HIV specific and you can expect to come out of this OK .

Just test at the appropriate time and get back to a happy life .
