And what, pray tell?

Something my friends restrict me from because I have no self control... they all term it "Diva Duty" when they babysit me in clubs.

Good news!  Tweeka McTweekersonTM was able to get a few sleep hours in. Good ol' chocolate milk did the trick.

When I first started Reyataz I was also worried about the yellowing..

one night I was having dinner with a friend who knew about my paranoia. in the middle of dinner he leaned into me with a very serious look on his face and said "You look a little yellow". But as he reached out to point to my hand that was resting on the table, his hand turned yellow too.  ;D It was the lighting in the restaurant...doh!
That still remains an inside joke between us.  in the words of Sonoma  have the best day or something like that....

In all honesty, I'm not really THAT freaked about this meds change...a little anxious, based on what I experienced the first go round, but not flippin' out.  And the truth is that, so far, it's been a breeze and then some.  My goal here has really been to take whatever silly anxieties I did have and poke a stick at 'em, to celebrate the success of the previous regimen and inaugurate this, the new.  And, hopefully, to just spin a fun little thread in Living With in the process.

I'm appreciative of the options available to me and, whatever comes, I'm at peace with it.

Like really at peace...

Uh oh.  Time to air Potential Side Effect #1.  It looks like this combo is making me, um...gassy.  Fortunately, they aren't fragrant, but they sure are some thunderous rippers.  I didn't even hear the boom from the last one til 5 or 6 seconds after I did it.

I may have to tape down the windows.

No, smartie pants.  This began on an empty stomach (coffee only).  I only had a sandwich for lunch.

Classic turkey and cheese.  With just a teensy thin layer of chips crunched on top for texture.

Funny thing is that last time I was home at my parents I innocently inquired about this guy's whereabouts (we were never friends in high school) and he's married with several children, perhaps in the military.

I still can't believe I wanted to play that damn game so bad I indulged his perversion.  Anyway, by the time I was 10 no boy in the neighborhood would dare do sleep overs with me.  I was a mess.  Still am, I guess.

I've got to ask.

Why was the act of sticking his finger up your asshole callled the "Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich game"? I won't be able to sleep a wink tonight until I find out.

Oh, no... sorry to be so unclear.  It was a board game from the 70's:

His family seemed to have massive amounts of all board games and toys, but he was a nasty, filthy boy who attempted to blackmail at such a young age.  For the life of me at that age I couldn't understand why someone would wish to insert a finger up a place where shit came out, and at first I said "no" to him, but for some reason I really, really wanted to play the Peanut Butter & Jelly game so I finally allowed him to quickly stick the finger up there.  I don't recall it being traumatizing and I probably giggle a bit... not sure.  Maybe I've blocked it all out.  I never went back up to his house much after that.
