My new exerciser
« on: September 10, 2006, 12:03:15 pm »
I was watching QVC the other night and saw an exerciser I was interested in. It works your lower body, abs, and upper body. It was $113.00 and on easy pay. It also folds up for easy storage. By the time i talked myself into getting it it had sold out.

Went to Walmart yesterday and saw the exact same thing. It was $59.00 but on sale for $45.00 so I bought it.

So starting Monday I'm starting a diet, gonna do my exercise bike and my new easy shaper, and I'm going to try to quit smoking. So as you can see I'm gonna need for all of you to wish me luck that I can stick to my plans of dieting, exercise and to quit smoking.

Heres a pic of the exerciser I bought.

Wish me luck!

Teresa

Hello Teresa,

Sounds like you've got a plan !!! Good luck with the exerciser, and giving up smoking. One thing I enjoy doing is jump roping , for about ten minutes a day. You can go your own pace, and it works most body parts...

Good luck on your plan!!

Every piece of exercise equipment that I have ever bought ended up being used to hang cloths on.   :-\

Good luck Teresa!   I bought a weight bench earlier this year; now it has laundry hanging on it....

I just won't exercise at home, I need the gym environment to do that.   Hopefully I can join at the Y again, at a 'reduced' rate for disabled people.

Hugs, & best wishes....

Hi Teresa

If you want to know about exercisers then just ask my partner, he is in to all that! If I look at how much money we have spent on Tellsell then could buy new car!

Girl, you best stretch out first because that thing looks like a bitch just to balance on!  Seriously, go for it and good luck! Let me know if you want my recipe for weight-loss breakfast tacos (which worked for me because I ate them instead of greasy hospital cafeteria breakfast.)
