Protein shakes with Creatine and effects in kidney functions etc?

Hi
I’ve been taking protein shakes that has creatine and other amino acids. My creative levels have confidently been elevated when my doctors run labs. I’m concerned that the creatine shakes are affecting my kidneys. I’m currently taking biktarvy and I know meds elevate creatine and puts strain on the kidneys so I’m wondering if anyone else is dealing with this? Should I stop drinking these shakes or is it just a blimp because of the shakes and I shouldn’t be concerned about having potentially long term kidney issues?
