I'd love some help, basically I have been exposed to HIV and i'll just get to the main part:
I met a GUY in a club (I'm also a Man)........
I turned around on the bed on my stomach and he forcefully pushed his penis (which had lots of precum on it) many times into my 'virgin' ass BUT didn't get his full penis in as I am very tight (I think he got a small section of his penis in though as he did open me up a bit my fingering and licking etc........) and it was very sore, I think it might have bled a tiny bit at the time as he ALSO fingered me very hard inbetween these thrusts into my ass and his fingernails were sharp! he touched his wet penis and fingered me also.

I've just started taking it   5-6 hours  after exposure and the doctor has given me 5 days supply but says that its up to them whether I get the rest of the pills (Kaletra and Combivir) if I have been exposed and they decide not to give me the rest will the 5 days supply help at all??

Unprotected receptive anal intercourse is the highest risk for hiv infection. So yes, you should obtain the further 23 days worth of meds so you can complete the course of PEP. PEP is taken for 28 days for a reason, so don't mess around only taking five days of meds.

To be clear, the fingering, even with cum on the fingers, wasn't what was risky about your encounter. It was the unprotected penis in your rectum that posed the risk.

You need to know that taking PEP extends the testing window period by the length of time you take PEP. So whether you only take PEP for five days or for the full 28 days, you will need to test at three months past the last dose of PEP that you take.

You can test at six weeks past the last dose of PEP for a good idea of your status, but only a three month post PEP antibody test will be conclusive.

Truvada (tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 245 mg, emtricitabine 200 mg) one tablet once daily; plus Kaletra (lopinavir 200 mg, ritonavir 50 mg) two tablets twice daily or four tablets once daily for 28 days

What this means is that when you go back to get your additional 23 days worth of meds, you might want to ask for the Combivir to be replaced with Truvada. Combivir can cause some (temporary, in your case) side effects that can be avoided with Truvada.

For future reference, here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

There are many people in your situation and the best you can do is continue on with PEP and test at 6 weeks past your last dose and any possible exposure and confirm it at 3 months .
