Hi, I am a person living with hiv in the Philippines. Recently i stopped my medication since I had this lactic acidosis. My regimen is 3tc, tenofovir and neverapine. I think I got lactic acidosis coz of 3tc. My doctor asked me to stop since he said his colleagues will meet to think of other regimen he could give me since he said he does not know what other regimen is available in the Philippines. I used to take azt but it made me anemic. Im worried about my situation that no available meds for me. Do you know what other available medications even outside other country like thailand and india so maybe I can just buy (hope its cheap) an alternative to 3tc? I hope you can help me with this..
