OK I'm going to need everybody help on this. I'm trying to make my partner understands that a normal couple can have sex at least twice a day or some times three. Who is with me...

I don't think there are any hard and fast rules here. If you two are comfortable with the amount of times per day/week/month, then that's your normal. But if you gotta pressure him, then perhaps it ain't normal (for him at least).

According to my ex.....it depends on how long you have been together....

We were together for almost 13 years and dwindled to once a quarter or so...I would have welcomed once a day...

Javicho, in your own words: 'trying to make my partner understand.' In a relationship, as I am sure that you know or have read, you can't 'make' someone do something. You can ask him or her. You can open up a discussion about sex, how often you would like to have it with him or her. You can hear his or her response so you get his or her side of the question. If a couple involves 20 something year olds, it is not unheard of for sex to be going on constantly. If a couple is older, their libido tends to drop and sex is less frequent. If a couple is together for a long time, it is also normal for the sex to drop off. Now if you would like him to get with it more often, perhaps think about changing the sex you two are having, when you are having it, etc. There is nothing like a change in things to respark things. But, bottom (and top) line, communication is needed. Win

When you commit, years 1-5, 2-3 times a week...after that ...your lucky if you get it 10 times a year!

(this is only based on MY past experience)

The last two relationships that I have, sex was good until we committed. Then after that they wanted it with everybody EXCEPT me.

Atleast you are having sex! I haven't had any in over a year and I have to use a bob to take the edge off. When I was in a relationship last, my partner was 21, so I had to pull out the stops to try to hang with him. I'm 37 but am diabetic which I hear tends to kill the sex drive. But for me a few times a week is good....Sounds like your partner may need some motivation, who knows......

I do try everything I can as I mention before i even try having sex w/a third person, also porn movies and toys, since that is working but I think is me that i want more

Ok, from a sexpert, someone who worked in the sex trade? Men do vary, in or out of a relationship. I had one 20 something year old client whom I never could figure out. He HAD to get off twice a bodywork session. HAD to do so. Even if he had just had sex. I have had clients who wanted only to get off. Why spend the money on a session? The normal flux with the full moon, men's hormones like women's responding to the pull and the fixation and look of someone driven by the moon is just that: fixation. I tried to work with many sexual compulsives, by definition, guys who would seek out sexpportunities, get off and then seek out sexpportunities as thought they 'got no satisfaction.' In NYC it kept many a Times Square movie theatre in business. And shall we remember bath houses and how the point was to hit everyone in your fixed time period? Of course there the trick was to get close but not get off so if you were smart you figured out who was close to scheduled departure time and brought him in. Then there are the guys, perhaps like your partner, who have sex and then move onto something else, like eating dinner. Men, at least, vary. Communication is needed to try to get you and your partner into how to handle this without driving both of you crazy and/or apart. Win
