Fluids on the wipe in contact with exposed penis head

Hello,

  I would like to ask your professional opinion on this possible exposure.   I went to a massage parlor a few days ago and the masseuse and I mutually masturbated each other.  I fingered her vagina and anus.  Then, when we were done, I wiped my hands with a wet wipe ( not sure which kind, with alcohol or not ).  And proceeded mindlessly cleaning my penis head with the same wipe... 
 
  Is there a risk of contracting HIV from the activities I described, if these fluids on my fingers got on the wipe and then on my meatus or urethra.  I am also uncircumcised.  I've always been very careful, last time tested negative 6 weeks ago and had no other sexual activity since then beside the described incident.
  I don't know why in the world I used the same wipe...  Quite freaked out and planning on cancelling my blood donation appointment with Red Cross

Not an HIV concern. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Thank you, RapidRod.  I know it's my OCD talking, but I just cannot help thinking the worst...   Does HIV really lose its infectiousness that quickly?  As a 38 year old man I should know these things by now...

We are in complete accord on this forum. If one of us misspeaks, he or she is quickly corrected (assuming s/he does not correct herself.)

HIV is exceedingly difficult to keep viable even in the lab. It is comprised of a multitude of tiny "spikes" which can only attach to a very few very specific cells inside the human body (CD4 and certain dendritic cells) and when exposed to oxygen, changes in pH, or temperature changes, these "spikes" disintegrate, rendering the virus inert, unable to infect.

You were at absolutely NO risk in the incident you described.
