Link, as long as a condom was used for anal intercourse you were well protected against HIV if it was present. The only confirmed risks for HIV transmission sexually are unprotected anal and vaginal intercourse. As long as condoms are always used for those activities you will be well protected.

If the condom had broken you would have known it. It's not about itty bitty little holes as people sometimes fear. The whole thing ends up looking like a bunch of fringe with a hoop on the penis.

Nothing you are reporting symptomatically is HIV-specific. If your symptoms persist you should discuss them with your doctor. I don't see any need for HIV testing nor for further concern on your part.

Just remember that for anal sex whoever is insertive must always wear a condom. No exceptions.

Doubts and fears are not facts, and the facts of your story equate with no risk.

Leave your lymph nodes alone. You can create a real problem by squeezing or bothering them as they are sensitive to the touch. Swollen nodes happen for all sorts of reasons that have nothing to do with HIV. If they continue to be swollen then discuss the matter with a doctor.

You have no basis in HIV science to be concerned about HIV. If you can't let go of your fears then get tested and collect the inevitable negative result. I can't at this point add anything further to what I have already said. HIV is not your problem. Period.

If you insist on getting tested again wait until the 3 month mark to get tested , then collect your inevitable negative result and move on with your life .

As Andy said , you didn't have a risk to worry over to begin with .
