Ok...I meet a guy last year and begin having sex with him around august 2011. Every single time we had sexes it was unprotected which was stupid of me to allow this. We had sex more than 10 times from august up to feb of 2012. I started to worry in march that something was wrong because of abdominal pain and come to find out...he had given me chlamydia. I called him to let him know what was what and he said he will get to the doctor...mean while my hiv results came back march 22 negative so I thought nothing of it and I said I will never trust someones word about std status and moved on with my life. On May 5 I received a call from this guy saying he went and got treated for chlamydia and his hiv results were negative...8 days later he kills himself and no one knows why he did this. I immediately get tested again...may 30 rapid test-negative which was 3month mark from the last time I had sex with him, June 15 elisa through the health department-negative, August 15 rapid-6month mark-negative, then one more elisa Sep. 15 which also came out negative. I really believe the reason he killed him self is cause he tested positive and I am scared everyday wondering what are my chances testing positive. I am considering this as a Definate Exposure and testing out to a year. What are my chances of still testing positive from male to female transmission with chlamydia being involved...I'm really scared

No chance at all from that encounter.

You have unquestionably tested negative and your negative result at 3 months or more is a reliable one. End of that story.
You do not have an HIV problem your fears and doubts notwithstanding.
What you need to do is learn from this experience and in the future make sure anyone you are having intercourse with is always wearing a condom. No exceptions.
For now you can forget about HIV and get on with your life.

Your negative HIV test result at the three month period was definitive. You did not get HIV from this guy.
Wearing a condom for penetrative sex will protect you from HIV - and from the anxiety that you are experiencing.

You do NOT need to test out to one year, even if this guy had been confirmed hiv positive.
The vast majority of people who have actually been infected will seroconvert and test positive by six weeks, with the average time to seroconversion being only 22 days.
A six week negative must be confirmed at the three month point, but is highly unlikely to change.
You need to learn from this and start protecting yourself. As the receptive partner, you will always be at a higher risk not only for hiv, but also for all the other STIs as well.
Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED FURTHER HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
