Introducing... Nyx! :3
« on: April 24, 2008, 07:21:08 pm »
I realise he's never properly been introduced before, so I figured I'd make him a thread. <3.

When I got him from my old job, he had the sneezies really bad, but they cleared up almost overnight after I put him on Carefresh instead of pine. :[ Wow, go figure, right?

He also has a gimpy toe. Every single rat in that litter had something wrong with their feet when we got them in. A couple of them were missing a few toes, some, like Nyx, had toes that seemed as though they were injured or something and never grew the length of the others. :[ On his back foot, his one toe has like an indent in it, as if some hair was tied around it when he was little or something, and it's like half the size of the other toes. Poor Nyxie Pixie.

"I WILL NOM YOU."

He's bug free now. :3. The treatment's cleared it up but he still has to have some put on him for a few more weeks just in case any old eggs hatch somewhere. I suspect he'll be fine though, so soon we'll be looking for a new friend for him.

PS: Thanks to Matty for helping to name him. :3

He's a cutie.  And I know he's getting the best care in the world with you, Jaser.

I don't know what my cats would make of him, but he's a cutie.
