Title: daughter wants to gain weight

My daughter who is 16 years and has been on meds since she was 4 years has been asking me what she should be eating to gain weight.

She is very thin and i think she is becoming self conscious with how she looks. I asked her doctor who does not speak good english ( we live in Asia), and she said just eat pasta and healthy foods.

How can i help her? what should she eat to gain some weight? any tips and advice would be welcome.
