Fiber are you getting enough?
« on: February 19, 2024, 08:47:32 am »
Cancer is the leading cause of mordality among the Poz community. Fiber has been extroplated to be one of the leading nutrients in the fight against cancer, yet according to studies only about 5 percent of americans are meeting these daily fiber requirements. The following links takes a closer look at this situation.

Interesting. Fiber is one of those things that I never really paid much attention to. However, if you think about all that it does to purify our bodies and keep them clean, it makes sense. Thank you for sharing this!
