There's an interesting interview by Peter Staley of Dr. Sharon Walmsley available to watch on the AIDSmeds website.

Dr Walmsley is an hiv doctor working in Toronto. She's also involved in research, particularly looking at the problems we face as women when it comes to how both hiv and treatments can affect us differently from the men.

Hello! It's good to see interest in this interview. The lack of women in studies is something that has always annoyed the hell out of me. I grouse about it to the Wiz now and then - he's also in research.

Very informative video, Ann, thanks for mentioning it.  I have been wondering lately how much my Sustiva is really affecting me.  Would I be like this if I weren't on it?  i.e. anxious, suffering from insomnia, distracted, stressed!  I see the doc in a few weeks and I will ask, but my numbers are great, so I think she will say to hang in there!
