Hi, i am concerned about a recent encounter with a man who claimed he was not infected, we engaged in oral sex both receiving and giving, no ejaculation at this point, then we proceeded to mutually masturbate, at this point there was ejaculation, first me then him, and his some of his cum got on my penis at the urethra, should i be worried about infection and should i consider getting pep its been less then 24hours. please answer asap :)

You never had an exposure in any of the situations that you've provided.

Even though his cum was on the urethra of my penis?? could this not have been an exposure to infection? sorry to ask so many questions but i just need to feel at ease. thanks for your earlier reply.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
