Title: New labs
Post by: mikeyb39 on December 14, 2012, 07:36:43 pm
Received new labs today.  Some good news for this friday i suppose.  Just on a dual combo preszista, issentress, norvir seems to be working well without the additional Viread.

CD4-764
VL-UD < 20

Cholesterol still not looking to great.  Dr says may need to add a med if numbers dont look better in the next 4 to 6 months.  Going to try and work on it between now and then.

bad cholestrol  = 150  (should be 130 or below)
total cholestrol = 230  (should e 200 or below)

I was actually wondering about cholesterol levels. On my last test the bad one was close to the limit. The doctor said I shouldn't be too worried for these things tend to flow up or down.

I do try to eat well though and I exercise daily. I wonder if it's the Telzir that's causing this (i.e. fozamprenavir).
